Our Coffee

Green Coffee Built for Roasters

We offer green coffee beans across a range of qualities, varieties, and processing methods, so you can choose exactly what your roastery and your customers need.

The Arabica Difference

We are proud to offer the finest Arabica coffee, the most widely cultivated and highly regarded coffee species in the world. Arabica is celebrated for its complex, aromatic, and sweeter flavor profile, often carrying notes of fruit, sugar, and caramel.

Catuai

A hybrid Arabica variety known for a sweet cup with notes of chocolate, caramel, honey, and almonds. It performs best with light to medium roasts, which highlight its body and sweetness without overpowering its subtle spice notes.

Monte Claro

A Venezuelan hybrid Arabica variety that delivers a bright, juicy acidity with floral and citrus notes and a silky body. It is ideal for light roasts, which preserve its aromatic complexity and highlight its high cupping scores.

Caturra

A natural mutation of Bourbon, producing a clean, sweet cup with medium acidity and subtle fruit tones. It is best suited for light to medium roasts, which allow its delicate flavors to emerge clearly.

Other Arabica varieties are available upon request. While we specialize in Arabica, a limited quantity of Robusta coffee, known for its strong, bitter notes and higher caffeine content, can also be made available upon request.

Our Coffee Qualities and Processing Methods

We offer two distinct qualities of coffee, each defined by its processing method: the step that separates the coffee bean from the cherry and shapes the final flavor.

Standard Washed Coffee

Our Washed coffee undergoes the Washed Process: the cherry's pulp is removed, and the beans are then fermented and cleaned using water. This process results in a cleaner, brighter, and more uniform flavor profile, allowing the natural character of the bean, such as acidity and floral notes, to come through.

Grade A (Selected Grade)

High-quality beans that have been carefully selected. Characterized by uniformity, a low number of defects, and a superior flavor profile. Ideal for markets that demand consistent quality.

Grade B (Unsorted Grade)

Beans that have not gone through a rigorous selection process. They may have more defects and less uniformity in size and shape, which can affect the final flavor of the brew.

Specialty Coffee

Our Specialty coffee is processed under either the Natural method or the Washed method. In the Natural method, the entire coffee cherry is dried with the pulp still attached, typically on raised beds. As the cherries dry, natural sugars and flavors from the fruit are absorbed into the bean, resulting in a fruitier, sweeter, and fuller-bodied cup.

Specialty Coffee

Scores 80 points or more on the cupping scale, but less than 90. High-quality coffee with a unique flavor profile that sets it apart from commercial-grade beans.

Premium Specialty Coffee

The pinnacle of our offering, with a cupping score of 90 points or higher. Exceptionally complex, with outstanding flavor, aroma, and mouthfeel. Due to its exquisite quality, this coffee is subject to availability and offered in very limited quantities.
